Why should I report an Issue with Memoji: Create emoji from your face?

DELETEquite possibly the worst app to ever be uploaded to the playstore, absolute pile of rubbish, claims it uses your face but has no option to use your photo even though it asks for access to your gallery, the options are so random and limited i am suprised the developer doesn't offer to pay people to use the app not the other way around... dont waste your timeGood app but not exactly what I had in mind.

2. I had to move every other element out of the way in order to change the size of the eyes, which was frustrating and time consuming.I downloaded this app, and the very first time.i opened it, the first thing that happened was a 30 second add popped up that I was forced to watch.

3. Forcing people to watch adds sucks already, but when it happens IMMEDIATELY when you open an app for the FIRST time ever? I made it about 5 seconds into the ad, and then deleted your app.

4. Whether I watch the whole ad or skip it, it just loads to a blank white page (with a scrolling ad at the bottom), and a back button on the top left of the screen.

5. I tried to build some custom emoji and was impressed with all the options, but I couldn't get it to save, so it was a big waste of time unfortunately.

6. I appreciate that the developers takes the time to reply to reviews but this app...it's a clickbait.

7. After clicking the "save" icon(which mind you, isn't the floppy disk icon like every save button in existence), it pulls up an ad.

8. A memoji's supposed to be an emoji made from your face.

9. People who keep saying mean things need to stop.

1. Fix Memoji Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Memoji: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Memoji App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Memoji" » Open Memoji: Create emoji from your face » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Memoji » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Memoji: Create emoji from your face app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Memoji servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Memoji: Create emoji from your face" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Memoji app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Memoji might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Memoji. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Memoji then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Memoji not working

2. Fix Memoji Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Memoji be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Memoji not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Memoji may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
