Why should I report an Issue with Wirestock?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Update: This could be related to burst photos on Android.Absolute rubbish, if I don't chase them up via email, they won't review my photos and decide if they can be uploaded or declined.It's doesn't work at all, I can't even log in.

2. Images are not approved within 1-2 days send multiple email about the problem but still not fixed.Uploading 2 images stuck always at the same 4-5% (WiFi and 4G) then it errors that something went wrong.

3. I do not recommend this service.None of the photos I've submitted on the site show up on the "In Review" section when I use the app.

4. My images have been "in review" for 3 almost 4 months.

5. I've tried it on multiple devices and same issue, and it has been going on for a few months.

6. Doesnt apply changes to batch selected files and turns on easy submission even if it's not selected in options.

7. Says it sends notivications when images are accepted but never got one.

8. Iv changed my last review to one star.

9. Love the service, hate the app I use Wirestock through the website on my PC, and it is a wonderful service there.

10. The app doesn't show all selected agentcies.

1. Fix Wirestock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wirestock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wirestock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wirestock" » Open Wirestock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wirestock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wirestock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wirestock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wirestock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wirestock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wirestock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wirestock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wirestock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wirestock not working

2. Fix Wirestock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wirestock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wirestock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wirestock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
