Video Player Customer Insights

1. This is not a rant, simply trying to describe my experience with it.The app has functioned by playing a video, however the video is delayed, the audio is fine and the video is good, but with long load times and laggy interface it is hard to give a better review.

2. It is extremely slow and drains my battery faster than any app I have ever seen tho.update: 06 Aug 2020 - not working on fossil q explorist... I paid for this app and it does not work can I get an update that will fix this? The app crashes and also doesn't load videos now at all.

3. Takes about 5 minutes to get a video to load and play but often does crashes before video plays and you are left hearing the sound.

4. Please add the option to choose video on the phone and send it to the watch it will be a great feature.

5. Not sure if my phone is the limitation or the app.Looks OK, it take to long to load the video and there is a lag between video and audio.

6. I've tried to watch video countless times.

7. If you swipe right to search a new video while a video is playing, the app continues to load the current video.

8. Audio is a second or two ahead of video.I bought this a few years ago packaged with their other apps.

9. If the audio and video are sorted then 3-4⭐I want my money back.

10. If however you want an app that will allow you to view You Tube videos on your smart watch, well this ain't it.

11. I don't know what resolution the app is desplaying, as it is on a watch facebo don't think that it should be any more than 360p, as I said I don't know what resolution it is playing at as the settings do not allow for me to change that or even see that.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Video Player Issues

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Player for YouTube on We" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Video Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Player might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Player then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Player not working


2. Fix Video Player Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
