Why should I report an Issue with SwannEye HD?

1. Wasnt using it for a couple years, tried reinstalling the app and it just keeps saying registration failed ! I've read a LOT of feedback from other angry people saying the same thing ! What a total waste of money! Shame on you SWANN ! you are SUPPOSED to have been the best out there! This is sad and a letdown, if I could rate ZERO STARS !!!This is my second Swann Security purchase and this company wants $100 for each camera installed on the first unit i bought and their was 8 cameras.

2. but when you read the reviews on this app it tells a different story " Just buy our product that doesn't work"HOW THE HECK am I supposed to use this app on my phone in 2020! Can't yourll provide help and support??... Android doesn't support the app which last updated in 2014.. I understand but please provide me with an alternative app for Android in 2020!!!Been a bit temperamental lately but seems to be working again.

3. Good luck actually using this if something happens and you need to find it on the cams historyI spoke with swann rep on 1/1/2019 about the swanneye HD app that keeps on crashing every time I try to login and she said this was the first time a case like this has been raised.

4. Good device when operating .**back down to one star as the android app connection has been down again for the past fortnight**WHAT A SHAME...!! Its not fair, after 5 years apps has not updated yet, at all..! Can't view the cam ads 445 from my android now, unless to change a new model...really unfair to throw away the old one...👎😔Doesn't work.

5. Swann won't see me again there are too many competitors out there which will not just cancel support to products that people have paid good money for.I had one of these cams given to me, i set it up with thoughts of buying a few more to add to the security coverage i now have.

11. I will never ever buy another SwannAccording to Swann, Swanneye HD is gone and is no longer supported, you can only use the cameras on your LAN, which is pretty pathetic.

1. Fix SwannEye HD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SwannEye HD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SwannEye HD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SwannEye HD" » Open SwannEye HD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SwannEye HD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SwannEye HD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SwannEye HD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SwannEye HD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SwannEye HD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SwannEye HD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SwannEye HD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SwannEye HD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SwannEye HD not working

2. Fix SwannEye HD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SwannEye HD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SwannEye HD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SwannEye HD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
