1. No use! Also no point for grant permission to access phone, camera etc to use this app!Why the hell do you need permission to my camera, microphone, storage, and others in order to work? You force it to turn all this on if the app is to work its so stupid.

2. Then your app consume so much resources from my phone, 25 % of computing power??? So shady, may have some Chinese spying activity in the background.I am not happy with the fact that the app requires permission to access my location and camera, etc.

3. Wish I could find an alternative.☹️Why you need permission my camera, storage, audio, location ????????? BAD APPRequires too many resources from CPU even when this app is in the background ......this app, is not compatibel with my android-x86.

4. it always disconnects.Its always crash when you open it And the developer don't make an update to fix it As long as I update to android 9 it's begin to crash And I can't work with itAlthough this app does work it remains active in the background and sucks the life out of your battery.

5. The app consumes a lot of data in the background even if it is closed.Does not connect.

6. LBS connection failure and device offline, while there is no problem in internet access.

7. Very disappointing!!once you load up this app you can't close it properly, need to force to stop the app.

8. also stream speed is very slow compare other apps I am using.

9. I've sent in lots of crash reports with nothing coming back.

10. This has been happening for a very long time with no updates to get it fixed.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix avseye Issues

1. Fix avseye Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart avseye: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the avseye App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "avseye" » Open avseye » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for avseye » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear avseye app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from avseye servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "avseye" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check avseye app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, avseye might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall avseye. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall avseye then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing avseye not working


2. Fix avseye Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make avseye be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to avseye not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, avseye may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Please can you help me connect to my home CCTV when I'm away using a different Wi-Fi? The app on my Samsung phone used to work when I was away as well as when I'm home, but now it works only at home & not when I'm away.

    I require some guidance as images are not being displayed on Avseye App or the screen attached to the box.
