2. I can't go back and record a 10 sec clip because it keeps crashing!!!I knocked off one star due to the Cloud service VAS - Value-Added Service - being purposely misleading or broken, it says you can buy event recording for 30 days which I purchased and it only gives you 15 days.

3. Set up camera wifi indoors then put it outside otherwise wifi will not work.Got tired of going thru the setup process, for whatever reason the cameras reset and don't work.

5. The camera works fine however after 6 months from mid summer to mid winter the camera has lost its turning capability meaning either the engine gave out or was damaged due to rain/freezing temps.

1. Fix 390Eyes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 390Eyes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 390Eyes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "390Eyes" » Open 390Eyes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 390Eyes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 390Eyes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 390Eyes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "390Eyes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 390Eyes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 390Eyes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 390Eyes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 390Eyes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 390Eyes not working

2. Fix 390Eyes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 390Eyes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 390Eyes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 390Eyes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
