1. Half your stores don't have the capability to scan the app so I lose out for rewards.Click on menu say choose location... Which you can't! Useless want to see what your menu offers not order through app.

2. Your website nutrition information is a nightmare to navagate.There is no way to contact support through yhe app about any issues experienced during a visit.I'll update this as I continue to use it, but there is no mobile ordering at any locations I currently visit.app is next to useless.

3. Rewards keep disappearing!! I did have one reward, along with the spring free ice reward.

4. Why do you need all the info just to set up a rewards app? Every time you upgrade, need to enter PW.

5. (Keep in mind I lost rewards between seasons) Needless to say, both my rewards disappeared, and I never got credit for my last 2 visits.

6. We went for the free ice, and planned on saving the other reward, since it wasn't expiring for a bit.

7. You have to go to the online version to check.Never got my birthday reward which should've been june 4th since my birthday is January 4th.

8. Also, can't see what flavors the store has, so it is useless.You can't choose a store anymore for months on the app to check the flavors.

9. Also I wish it was like the punch card and it would give you the amount of purchases you buy to receive your next reward.

10. This time the criteria changed and need to go through adding more info and a complex PW.

11. example each time I go I buy my kids at least 4 separate things and then the large containers to take home and it's the same amount whether you buy one item or ten.

1. Fix Rita's Ice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rita's Ice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rita's Ice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rita's Ice" » Open Rita's Ice » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rita's Ice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rita's Ice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rita's Ice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rita's Ice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rita's Ice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rita's Ice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rita's Ice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rita's Ice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rita's Ice not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rita's Ice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rita's Ice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rita's Ice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
