1. I absolutely love it!There ok it sucks that it takes a week or more for the inmate to receive the pictures... And they don't even recieve an actual picture they receive a photo copy of the picture... Like it's just a piece of paper of our pictures and that's it... It cost a dollar something for each picture and the shipping is like $4 or $5 dollar's it's crazy... So I'm trying to find a different website to send pictures to my friend that's incarceratedToo expensive and doesn't allow the sizes chosen! I understand that sending them is optional but how they are sent isn't... to capitalize on people that are clearly struggling no matter the reason or platform sucks... poor people aren't able to send love ones photos of the kids or family because it's just too dang expensive...maybe I'm outdated in my opinion but it doesn't change how I feel.Very easy to use.
2. Inmate photos is amazing I sent photos to a friend she was then moved facilities I emailed them and inmate photos reprinted my pictures and sent them to her new facility at no extra charge they are an easy app to use and have all the facilities I need to add contacts excellent customer service and speedy response when I needed helpThis website is unprofessional and fraudulent.
3. Now that I use it it only give me a dollar offVery Easy and convenient to send photos to the ones you love waaay better then sending it through the mail.
4. I purchased photos on June 6,2023 and my loved one still hasn't received them, not to mention I've reached out via email twice concerning this issue and no response 😩👎🏼👎🏼I'm definitely uninstalling.
5. This app makes it so easy to download photos from your phone and send a small letter at same time.
6. I am very happy with this appUploading was easy .. This is my first time using this app so I'm going to update this rating if my son does not receive his pictures or if it takes too long for him to receive them .
7. 🗣Everyone there's a better website called FreePrint🦋So convenient! I am horrible about sending letters and photos to my loved one.
8. I will keep others informed Wish me luck ..The system makes you pay an extra $2 to search for an address because it lists the wrong address and city for a correctional institution.
9. Before I only used once and I WOOULD always receive a % off or get free photos.
10. This is a great way to keep loved ones in the loop of life outside. It's a good app but now that I use it more then before ot don't give me no discount or.
11. They are very fast to getting your photos shipped.
