1. Truly appreciate it! Great customer service! Pretty great when it works correctly... Mainly use it for estimate for my cleaning business.. The total clears out to $0 when you enter an email address, so sending an estimate is complicated.

2. When I try to make an account after I enter all my information and press join it just locks up and doesn't do anythingI canceled this 3 months ago and they are still billing me, I sent an email to cancel subscription and got no response.

3. I pressed submit after a huge walk through (worked very well especially the sections part) and it emailed to no one as I didnt enter my email and it never saved anything.

4. It is a little pricey for my small business, but hopefully I will achieve a level of business that it’ll be worth the investment.Would be nice to auto cancel through the app so i could subscribe as needed with surges of business.

1. Fix Calculated Clean Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Calculated Clean: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Calculated Clean App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Calculated Clean" » Open Calculated Clean » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Calculated Clean » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Calculated Clean app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Calculated Clean servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Calculated Clean" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Calculated Clean app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Calculated Clean might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Calculated Clean. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Calculated Clean then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Calculated Clean not working

2. Fix Calculated Clean Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Calculated Clean be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Calculated Clean not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Calculated Clean may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
