1. I can't get credit in store for the pizza club, lunch club or beer club because it requires a check number but it doesn't provide a box or field for data entry.
2. GPS on, connect to my check shows results from several hundred miles away and a few local spots with no option for "my location", manual location entry, or "more results".I have to agree with many of the reviews here.
3. Pretty sad when the local team has to take matters into their own hands because corporate won't fix it.Connect to my check doesn't work 90% of the time.
4. Looks like a 5th grader designed it Can't find where to put your check number, doesn't properly credit your account.
5. I asked the staff at the second location and they were unable to help.As wary as I am of 1-star reviews, I honestly cannot conceive of a more useless or difficult to use app.
6. The app tells me my check is connected, but it does not give me credit for having lunch.
7. twice I have not been able to get my purchase into the system because the location i am at is not on the first page of listed locations and it will not list more.
8. On too many occasions my earned rewards failed to register (fourteentimes in a row, and counting...) Update: I love my local Uno's, but this "app" is detracting from my whole experience with the Uno's brand.
9. Now unable to link check, therefore not receiving credit for purchases.
10. I feel sorry for all of the Uno employees who are having to come up with excuses for why this (cr)app doesn't work at all.
11. I had lunch, downloaded the app, and connected my check.
