1. When you are on call and lives are dependent on you hearing your phone when a colleague is reaching out to you for advice, including in the dead of night, but the phone won't ring, makes this app extremely dangerous.
2. It'll dial the number if single tap and dials it WITHOUT the area code (so even when I call the hospital from a message, single click doesn't work).
3. I tried everything I could think of but it would not change to pager or alarm which I would need when I am on call.Repeatedly stops audio notification, just vibration.
4. Working around this delays patient care 😡Suddenly app won't let me change notification sounds, it's stuck on some gentle sound which wouldn't wake up anyone.
5. Hopefully can be resolved as it looks like this problem has been ongoing with this app.Using on Android phone.
6. Pages will be sent to my phone but no Audio notification, only a 2 pulse vibration.
7. I had been getting the ring tone when a message came in, fine for 4 now as of last week, it no longer chimes.
8. This currently isn't.I use Android, used to be able to click on the phone number to append # into my Phone App, then could add *67 in front before dialing.
