1. I didn't access my account for 4 days because I thought it was just a website issue (because with AMHFCU that happens a LOT) and then I just so happened to read the reviews while I was reinstalling the app to see if that would work.I would love to give it more stars, but I cannot.
2. They need to change it back.Fingerprint used to work, but after reformatting my phone and reinstalling the app, I can no longer register my phone for fingerprint access.
3. What's the point of using my fingerprint if I just have to answer the questions? Definitely needs an updated look but for the most part, the app works fine.
4. Edit: fingerprint is the one of the only reasons one would use the app instead of the website, because the app is just a wrapper for the normal website.I have never had an app crash and not be able to sign in before than this one.
5. Very inconvenient especially when you need to deposit a check after the banks closed.Great app! I've never encountered a single issue with it.
6. I gave it 3 stars because I personally enjoy the account transfer to transfer and I've been a member for like 15 years, prior to even being American heritage.
7. I use my fingerprint to log in but I'm still asked my security questions every single time.
8. I refreshed my phone one day and lost the ability to use fingerprint login which was honestly the best feature this app has.
9. I can monitor my account status, pay bills, transfer $$, deposit checks and monitor my Fico score easily.
10. Doesn't remember your user name have to type it in every time I login.
11. I finally switched to the finger print login but I still have to answer security questions everytime.
