Why should I report an Issue with AliRadar shopping assistant?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It is absolutely necessary to have a setting to choose the shipping country!Unfortunately it doesn't work well for me, prices never seem to match AliExpress, tried deleting them and adding again later, didn't work, similar items is kind of useless as most the time is not showing similar items at all but something entirely different, also price updates don't seem to work even when i refresh in the app, shouldn't this be an automatic feature ? Uninstalling for now.Totally useless app.... An app sorting all of the offers of the chosen item by price+shipping and giving out sorted real prices would be very helpful on Aliexpress.

2. This one doesn't do anything like that, it just displays the same info plus a "hot items" page full of useless stuff... Don't waste you time with it...It's a good app.

4. Uninstalled.great app,as it was supposed(advertised) to have less costing money for products but unlike that for almost some products..... it has some bugs with the information of the products of the language it displays hope you fix this as fast as possibleThe prices are wrong in the app.

5. The prices for different countries are often different, so Aliradar shows wrong price for me.

6. Gives more information about the sellers.aliexpress must take clean up of such store with poor attributes to sanitize the system.

9. We costumer rely on your information and others comments to buy items from the platform and I think all dispute could be minimize if this is done.

10. This app cannot find any item from AliExpress to see the reviews or anything else.

11. EDIT: I found the reason of this behaviour - the app automatically chooses a shipping country based on my IP address.

1. Fix AliRadar shopping assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AliRadar shopping assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AliRadar shopping assistant App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AliRadar shopping assistant" » Open AliRadar shopping assistant » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AliRadar shopping assistant » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AliRadar shopping assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AliRadar shopping assistant servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AliRadar shopping assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AliRadar shopping assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AliRadar shopping assistant might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AliRadar shopping assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AliRadar shopping assistant then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AliRadar shopping assistant not working

2. Fix AliRadar shopping assistant Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AliRadar shopping assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AliRadar shopping assistant not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AliRadar shopping assistant may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
