1. 3 years later, and it still says I need a smart meter to use.... I have a smart meter, and not by choice.My experience with the reliant app is quick and easy I can see my bill pay my bill move my service etc I recommend using the reliant app to anyoneI'm unable to update my autopay payment.
2. My rating stay the same since the issue remains.This app will never remember your payment option thus requiring you to fill out your credit card details every month even if you click "remember payment option".
3. I am able to track how much electricity I'm using for a time period on both apps, I can pay my bill, and explore options.
4. Both can give you estimates of monthly projected bill.Downloaded the app & when I try to log in, it tells me that the Reliant App is only available to residential customers.
5. I was able to change it in one screen, but when I clicked on Autopay, it still showed my old card.App needs to be fixed, updated.
6. The credentials are accepted but as soon as the account is brought up, the error saying that the session has expired pops up and prevents me from using the app.
7. I have tried to post this review three times now and every time it has disappeared.App is not working for Android devices.
8. Also insists on taking iris scan and will not accept a fingerprint login.Trash app, tried too many times and won't work.
9. Did someone copy the Reliant Apple app code and try to convert it to Android?Good app with plenty of information, but is lacking compared to TXU.
10. For the last 2+ years what have I been, CHOPPED LIVER???? My account with them is a residential account.
11. Make sure you pay attention to payments because it's easy to use the wrong card if you're not paying attention.
