Aiwalex:While we cannot disclose the reasoning for any decisions around why an application has been rejected,Great app stability and UI would recommend you guys bring out an update and add more features and abilities within the app.Excellent program, fast and easy transaction, thank you very much for this service,But the amendment must be made to the countries.

3. i have opened my company account with Airwallex last month , but since morning i am not able to use app and not able to login in my laptop so please help because Airwallex system down today.Pretty pointless app, you can't do anything except look at your balance.

4. The mobile website version has transfers and all the other features available on the web app, there is absolutely no reason to use this over the websiteUI is excellent and not as buggy as top tier banks.

9. One day they will block your account and they won't disclose you their reasoning .

10. But important feature is missing in the app which is transfers.

1. Fix Airwallex Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Airwallex: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Airwallex App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Airwallex" » Open Airwallex » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Airwallex » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Airwallex app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Airwallex servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Airwallex" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Airwallex app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Airwallex might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Airwallex. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Airwallex then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Airwallex not working

2. Fix Airwallex Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Airwallex be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Airwallex not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Airwallex may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
