2. I have the full membership and I deep in an out on different subjects.Fantastic app, so user friendly!! This has helped me enormously at a time I had lost my Dad, was losing my mother to cancer, had a court battle going on and with covid restrictions in the background! I loved the play list for stress, sleep, kids and the relaxation music.
3. The colours are beautiful and calming to look at and the sessions are well thought out and cover a multitude while Ailsa's voice is very easy to listen to.

11. Having now listened to the scripts both consciously and unconsciously, I don't think they are very well crafted: they contain mainly commands and generalisation rather than any metaphors or language that is likely to bypass your conscious mind.
