1. (Will edit this after a week's use) I just wish there is a more obvious division or label for which functions are available in free mode and which are for premium rather than repeating reminders to subscribe.I love this app, I am a teacher from Puerto Rico and my students parents are very happy and I am very satisfied.

2. I have a premium account the login is not working tried to reach out anyone for support, unfortunately no response.

3. Teacherkit seemed to have fixed the syncing issue so working well now, but couldn't get my data back.Intuitive and new user friendly.

4. I am currently awaiting the tech support response so I will be updating my review after then.Uninstalled. Easy to use but inflexible and not useful beyond simply logging grades.

5. The problem is I cannot log in and therefore cannot sync with my phone or web account.

6. I want to subscribe again, butvno seems interested in answering my questions.The app is nice but zero support.

7. But, unfortunately my cellphone got broken and I got a new one, now all the info I have from my students on the old cellphone cannot sync to my new one.

8. The thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was that the import feature especially in importing grading template isn't working for me.

9. It appears to be the same teacherkit but there is no connection between the app on my pc and the account I have on my phone and cfm access from the web.

10. Each month Tk gets payment from me to be able to use this app but since I didn't pay the whole it doesn't let me sync the info.

11. My subscription was unilaterally cancelled before the renewal date and I have trying for weeks for someone to contact me to this regard.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TeacherKit Classroom Manager Issues

1. Fix TeacherKit Classroom Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TeacherKit Classroom Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TeacherKit Classroom Manager App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TeacherKit Classroom Manager" » Open TeacherKit Classroom Manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TeacherKit Classroom Manager » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TeacherKit Classroom Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TeacherKit Classroom Manager servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TeacherKit Classroom Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TeacherKit Classroom Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TeacherKit Classroom Manager might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TeacherKit Classroom Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TeacherKit Classroom Manager then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TeacherKit Classroom Manager not working
