1. Then sent them an email about the issue which I got an email back asking if I could give a review on the service they provided which was none? Anyways fix the reloadable card page and the app will be good again.Every time i open the app, it has kicked me out and i have to log in again, and set up a new pin again.

2. Don't ask me to email support an have me waste more time, just fix it an keep it fixed!If only you could give zero or negative stars! App constantly crashes or makes you do the whole validation process again when you've already used it that day.

3. Cannot find the merchant list, cannot use the card anywhere.App is great at times but like everyone else ever since the last update the reloadable card page won't load just shows a blank screen.

4. I am going to uninstall the app as it is of no use to me anymoreLatest update has started signing me out each time I try to open the app even after having the "keep me signed in" option.

1. Fix Achievers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Achievers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Achievers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Achievers" » Open Achievers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Achievers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Achievers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Achievers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Achievers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Achievers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Achievers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Achievers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Achievers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Achievers not working

2. Fix Achievers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Achievers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Achievers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Achievers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
