1. I'm not having a bad experience..I love this so much more than Junkafooolio ,This keeps track automatically ,like Blocotaco never could.. There's no option to update..I keep updated.. Just spins circles on Day charts...does 30/90/ fine..no big deal..The app is pretty good at tracking your portfolio.

2. Thanksforyourtime:) you put other tracking apps to shame.I've left Blockfolio,it was the thing,it's junk now, Accointing does what I need ,but I'd like more.. The graph never really changed,and when you go into Daily graph ,it just spins in circles,you never get a graph..What's up with this? Edit ,answer.

3. Now however it is laggy, am unable to add new exchanges because authorization never completes and manual connection offers no option to manually enter anything.The best tax application in the UK for crypto by far.

4. You must select button to connect to exchange/wallet then it gives the option to enter manually, then it tries to discourage you from doing so.

5. I didn't see features for lifetime performance or the ability to view my portfolio performance for the year.

6. It appeared that the only portfolio option / graph was for 24 hours.

7. Bit of a learning curve if you have a lot of trades over multiple platforms, but once you learn how to use it it's easy and quick to keep everything updated.

8. The ability to customize views in your portfolio such as $ amount instead of % or always display profit/loss for all coins etc.

9. 👍Over the past few days i have tried many portfolio tracking apps.

10. It's a little disappointing TBH after all the good I've heard about the app.After using the app successfully for some time, all of a sudden it will not accept my passcode.

11. Update: 10th March, app still not working, can't log in, no response from "support"! Very poor.Terrible since glassnode take over.

1. Fix Accointing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Accointing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Accointing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Accointing" » Open Accointing by Glassnode » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Accointing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Accointing by Glassnode app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Accointing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Accointing by Glassnode" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Accointing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Accointing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Accointing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Accointing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Accointing not working

2. Fix Accointing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Accointing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Accointing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Accointing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
