1. God bless technology and this app!I used this for a few minutes.Unfortunately loud, disruptive musical ads popped up every time I went to a new page and I had to uninstall it without using it to complete a passport photo.Excellent app to edit/create my passport sized photos.

2. It's really easy to navigate.This is just what I needed! Easily crops photos to passport photo size and easily removed background.Unable to alter the background of my picture.

3. Also crashed on Samsung s7 repeatedly when choosing a background other than white.Tried several apps, and this in the only one that is free and easy use for all features including background change.

I mean i know im ugly but you didn't have to do me this dirty and not even telling me if i was ready and and still charge me 20 dollars for it 😥 I love this app! and so easy to use 5🌟 you don't necessarily have to completely edit yourself but at least you have the freedom to take as many pictures as you like without wasting someone's time.

1. Fix EZ Passport photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EZ Passport photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EZ Passport photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EZ Passport photo" » Open EZ Passport photo : ID photo m » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EZ Passport photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EZ Passport photo : ID photo m app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EZ Passport photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EZ Passport photo : ID photo m" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EZ Passport photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EZ Passport photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EZ Passport photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EZ Passport photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EZ Passport photo not working

2. Fix EZ Passport photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EZ Passport photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EZ Passport photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EZ Passport photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
