1. PFS as a whole is an excellent service for people with lower credit requiring loan assistance, and I highly recommend using their services.Can't even log in since it asks for phone # but I use my email online.

2. I am busy person so not worth time and effort to call and wait on an agent.Created an account and it wouldn't allow me to access it, saying i didn't put email or password in correct.

3. I even went back and it sent to my registered email a password reset and i did that and i still couldn't get access !Great app.

4. Works great for me 😁Everything went smooth with registration till it asks for email typed email.

5. I've clicked the need help link and it says successfully sent password reset email several times.

7. Once payment is made it takes about 24-48 hours to update remaining loan balance.

8. The only reason I even wanted this app is because, supposedly, there is no fee to make my payment if I use the app versus paying online... That BS adds up to an extra $60 per year but I can't even get that far into the app to try.I see multiple recent reviews that the app does not work.

1. Fix PFSAUTO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PFSAUTO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PFSAUTO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PFSAUTO" » Open PFSAUTO® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PFSAUTO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PFSAUTO® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PFSAUTO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PFSAUTO®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PFSAUTO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PFSAUTO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PFSAUTO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PFSAUTO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PFSAUTO not working

2. Fix PFSAUTO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PFSAUTO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PFSAUTO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PFSAUTO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
