1. 100% would recommend :DYes the shipping is slow but so very much worth it I just think they should add a wishlist and more clothing and need to get there support team together but until then I think this online store is amazingReceived after two months some pieces from my order which were okay quality but haven't received two of the tops.
2. I will update this review if they have the courtesy to send me my refund.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP!! All the material they use for there clothing is cheap, unwearable and just ridiculous, as well as there shipping process, there was so much confusion, this shop sucks.
3. When I messaged them on Insta for a refund which they said i could have and have been waiting three weeks for a reply from them and no money backThe costumer service is really bad and they don't give you money back for things you haven't received.
4. while for clothes or accessories the quality is mostly fine the shoes are a disaster.I loveee this app and this store :)) I've bought multiple items from here and the quality is great :) Only problem is slow shipping, but that's nothing to scream about.
5. Plain and simplecustomer service is non-existing, they won't send you tracking link, won't respond to your emails, returns are almost impossible.
6. My order was lost in november or october 2019, and it took them a month to admit it.
7. It's july 2020 and I haven't recieved my refund yet.
8. I contacted them via instagram, e-mail and facebook and finally I was offered a refund.
9. If you want to know how the tracking is going it will tell you the same thing no matter what.
10. It is a horrible customer service to deal with.
