Please fix or stop false advertising.For the past month or so it's only showing literally 1 bus within each hour for the #50 route for Hubbell Ave/Maple Lane Apartments to East Euclid Hy-Vee, and for people who don't drive or instead take cabs during bad weather for getting to work on time by 10:00 for instance only 1 9:59am #50 bus is not good because there's no way I can make it to work by 10:00 in 1 minute.

2. This app was working good for me until this past month, so I guess I'm using the RideDart website now since this is uselessI'm a long time Dart passenger, seen many changes and improvements in my lifetime.

3. Customer service is generally pretty good! Most of the time they will help you with any issues if they can.I have a very long daily commute to where I work, so it's always imperative that I am able to get there every day at the same time.

4. My friend who had his pass stored on his device also couldn't access his without a connection to wifi without service on his phone.

Hands down a must have if you're car less in the Des Moines area.Up until this latest update I use this app almost every day and it works well, however after updating the app is very slow causing some awkward moments when I go to get on the bus and have to wait for the app to load, then wait some more for the ticket to load.Half price fares not available to buy for handicap in fares app.

6. It's been improving, but I wish they would do more to help.Some changes kill convenience by no longer allowing passes/tickets stored on device to be loaded while offline.

7. I used to be able to load my device stored pass without having an internet connection.

8. I just got a new phone and the pass stored in the Cloud says "Saved Elsewhere" and doesn't show up at all in storage settings.

9. I have a bus stop right outside of my apartment, but that bus is always late and I can never get to work on time because if it.
