1. And when i enter the verification code for password reset, it didn't work, when i press the verify button once it will not respond and if i clicked it again it says "verification code expired" even within the provided time limit.

2. Not only this i can't use any app else because this the only ethio tell app 😣😣😣This app kept saying The verification code has expired! Even before the counter has not got down half of it's seconds...I was trying to reset my password.

4. It says your reset code is expired again and i tried it in very fast mode but it wasn't i was late but the app problem? How can you made an app withe out unforgettable password ohh.

10. Pls fix this issue and pls make the logging in process easier.This app was working very nicely but after I updated it today, it is displaying an error "App key is not configured or incorrectly configured".

1. Fix My Ethiotel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Ethiotel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Ethiotel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Ethiotel" » Open My Ethiotel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Ethiotel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Ethiotel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Ethiotel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Ethiotel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Ethiotel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Ethiotel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Ethiotel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Ethiotel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Ethiotel not working

2. Fix My Ethiotel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Ethiotel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Ethiotel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Ethiotel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
