Terrible app Can not get my COVID certification,All seems to be working fine here: Some who have mentioned what looks like "server down" issues might want to update their reviews and ratings unless they are still having issues ? Anyway - the thing I especially like about this is that you are not bound by office hours to make an appointment.Would be good to have the app in English for all the expats ( most nationalities speak English) but either way it's easy to understand and to operate.As from july the app is saying cannot connect to server.

2. Seems to be a problem connecting to the serverGreat app, saves so much time queuing to get an appointment at receptionHopeless.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Salud Responde Issues

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Salud Responde » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Salud Responde app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Salud Responde servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Salud Responde" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Salud Responde app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Salud Responde might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Salud Responde. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Salud Responde then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Salud Responde not working
