Why should I report an Issue with WhatWeb Plus - Online Tracker ?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Everytime you go onto whatsapp with your phone and go to the comtact you added to the app you get another notification saying said person is on/offline (isn't the point to notify you when you're "not" on your phone?) Anyway, it does the job for nowI expected WhatsApp web with notification, this software doesn't allow for messaging, it only pushes notifications from desktop to mobile, so you need a desktop to get notifications.

2. So hence they have amazing ratings.It does not seem to work, have had installed all day and no results - keeps on saying 'refresh' Have tried several times - absolutely nothing!Not showing timeline....using free part..for one contact.

3. Developer doesn't respond to emails.Subscribed and status shows as "checking" and never connects no matter how many times I have refreshed, so as a result, no online status is being received! Useless app!Edited from 5 stars to 1.

4. The ridicules part is you will get notification for one single contact only, even if you get the paid version you will get notification to maximum 20 contacts.

5. Used it second time after few days...but timeline is not showing...otherwise superb appwhy I'm not receiving online/offline notifications.

6. It doesn't work on my standard browser (brave) for some reason so i had to download chrome 2.

7. If you have hundreds of contacts, I don't what you can do!App works as described but even with subscription the Timeline button still crashes it.

1. Fix WhatWeb Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WhatWeb Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WhatWeb Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WhatWeb Plus" » Open WhatWeb Plus - Online Tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WhatWeb Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WhatWeb Plus - Online Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WhatWeb Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WhatWeb Plus - Online Tracker " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WhatWeb Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WhatWeb Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WhatWeb Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WhatWeb Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WhatWeb Plus not working

2. Fix WhatWeb Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WhatWeb Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WhatWeb Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WhatWeb Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
