What a nightmare this app is.This must be the worst telecom app I've ever seen, first of all you are bombarded with ads for days without end, secondly you are obliged to deal with bad support whenever you need to complain about issues (which might be galore), thirdly but not finally the complete and utterly disgraceful way I'm being treated regarding my complaints at the state regulator, it's like they know they are deceiving us and are unable to act differently.

2. No English support, it allows you to spend money for credit but doesn't recharge it then provides you with no method of being able to recharge your mobile phone the only reason I even downloaded the app.

3. The app is very bad and the costumer service is not better.This App definitely has a problem while starting, the feature that you will use your mobile data to login sometimes don't work for days, and then you do not receive a single warn about the problem, the famous infinite loop.

4. Unbelievable.Tim doesn't have internet half the month! Sometimes they fix it in store, sometimes they can't be arsed.Deserves the trophy for the worst example of "completely useless but you have to have it installed anyway to keep track of your data plan".

5. I never received a password to login to my account the normal way so I have to play the lottery with the auto login using mobile data.

6. The Chat offers only one option of 50MB - but I need more than 50MB.Absolute garbage app for managing your mobile account.

1. Fix MEU TIM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MEU TIM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MEU TIM App. Here is how:

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEU TIM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MEU TIM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEU TIM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEU TIM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MEU TIM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEU TIM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MEU TIM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEU TIM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEU TIM not working

2. Fix MEU TIM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MEU TIM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MEU TIM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MEU TIM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
