The most annoying thing is definitely setting up the highlight: for some reason, the place the post-it gets placed doesn't actually match the selected time, and the time block is static.The app works but it cannot tell that I am in a different timezone in Australia, so I always to have to click "plan tomorrow's highlight" when in fact I am entering today's highlight.

2. But can you give me an options to edit the time, instead of drag and drop the highlight?When you set the highlight time, it ends up being 30-60 min off.

1. Fix Make Time Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Make Time: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Make Time App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Make Time" » Open Make Time » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Make Time » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Make Time app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Make Time servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Make Time" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Make Time app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Make Time might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Make Time. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Make Time then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Make Time not working

2. Fix Make Time Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Make Time be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Make Time not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Make Time may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
