1. Maybe just be able to be kept on the device and when the device gets back online it will update to show you where you are at officially.

2. I can understand why it's has to be connected to the internet, however, I feel like it would be a lot better if this app could operate offline.

3. I got it for school for community service, as this app is intended for.

4. While offline it will show you what you have done so far.

5. For some reason when I log into the app I'm unable to log my hours.

I feel like that could easily improve the appLogs you out all the time, and the UI is clearly straight from the web version.There should be a way to crop your pictures for your profile picture I was trying to use a picture but for just the face but it had an innopropiate part on it and it didn't crop lolthe app would not allow me to add the service organization countless times.

8. do not recommend.Had the app for 10 minutes and already crashed twice.The app is unstable and keeps crashingQuestionable ui and is less reliable than it should beThis app actually sucks... it kicked me out and I can't log back in...It is very confusing and difficult to use.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open MobileServe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MobileServe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobileServe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
