1. The helping you part? Not so much.The system could be more user friendly and share more vital information in a way that's useful to "lamens" Outside of that, the app is a very useful tool to have and worth the $25.00 per month fee.Total SCAM... I tried to cancel and get my money back because I wasn't happy with what they offer and they refuse to refund me my money.

2. You have to call them to cancel ! Do not waste any money with this horrible app!!!Great and user friendly interface! Glad I can check, monitor and improve my credit score.

3. I love having my credit protected and removing my personal info from all these sites out there selling it without my permission.Smart Credit is supposed to take your money and then help you with your credit.

1. Fix SmartCredit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SmartCredit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SmartCredit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SmartCredit" » Open SmartCredit® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SmartCredit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SmartCredit® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SmartCredit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SmartCredit®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SmartCredit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SmartCredit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SmartCredit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SmartCredit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SmartCredit not working

2. Fix SmartCredit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SmartCredit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SmartCredit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SmartCredit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
