1. It doesn't matter if your reservations were booked over the phone, on-line or via your mobile device, Prestige Car Service app allows you to manage all your ground transportation needs right from your phone or tablet.

The African drivers that prestige recently hired are the worst, everytime it's been a prob, bad attitudes, smelly cars, can't find you and want you to walk a block to meet them.This could be better than Uber & Lyft if passengers have option to pay with credit card & making stop or round trips.You get cars quicker if you put your pick up & destination address correctly vs calling despatcher.The cabs are always late and they rarely pay attention to the app,some ask where I'm going even though itll be in the app.

Unfortunately, this app leaves alot to be desired in a climate where technology and apps are major components in business.I have to say that this app has been pretty good I can't complain about the service or the drivers but now the app isn't working it says the server is out I guess I will have to find another app.Would love to use the app but it refuses to recognize my telephone number as valid.

Please Fox this issue.Only one dispatch is very nice, the drivers are usually not good or they playing loud music, dirty cars, no ac in the back because of the new plastics between the customer n driver due to corona virus but I'm not gonna pay good money to still get somewhere drenched in sweat.
4. SneakyThe app use to work for me until the recent update, now it gives me the prestige page and does not pass that page.It's a good app just wish I could see the price for the destination.
5. Until those issues are addressed I guess I'll go with Uber.Was not able to use the app because it wouldn't allow me add my credit card.
6. I tried all my cards and I always get a wrong error msg saying I entered the wrong credit card information which was not true.
7. The drivers try to charge you whatever price.
8. This application could be great, however it freezes way too much, at times does not load at all and it does not refresh in a timely manner.
9. The drivers charge more than what the app says.
10. Needs to quote accurate prices and should allow for electronic payments or it is not convenient.
11. Says 2 min away and would be waiting 10 minSneaky.
