1. This app is absolutely terrible the worst! Do not download this! The first time I tried to take a picture it just freezes, doesn't allow you to move or adjust picture to identify a plant.
2. I decided i had mislabeled one of my pictures when i read into the plant in more detail, but now i don't know how to go back to the original list of possible plants to change my selection to the plant that i think is more accurate.Worst Application.
3. My next Telstra bill came with a third party (Google Play) charge of $59 - which took a lot of investigation to find out that the charge was for Plant Lens.
4. • It was scary to read that they zoom into your location and your address pops up on the picture of the plant (the one you take), not sure if anyone else can see the address.Very disappointed.
5. I tried the 3-day free trial, used it twice at the time I installed it, as part of the free trial.
6. Finally, there are malware ads that have invaded my phone since I installed.It's an easy app to access and use overall... Just a couple of things: • that it's highly priced at $59.99 yearly subscription, I only used the 3 day trial.
7. Being a test I tried on a plant I kow, which I have at home; however got a wrog result.
8. This is NOT a free trial.It's great! Exactly what i was looking for to identify plants on my walks.
9. Within the first two hours after trying this app and having it fail to identify anything I sent an email asking that the subscription be cancelled.
10. Can't find any way to use the free trial without paying full price.

I was trying the Free trail and subscribed thinking its for 7 days free trail... Was not aware it was 3 days untill I received a text message today. Also 3 days free trail is ending today but my subscription is charged and activated before that. Hence please cancel my subscription and requesting for a refund

Hello back in May I downloaded this app and selected the three day trial but was billed instantly. I thought by canceling the same day I started the trial would of fixed it but I was still billed. I would like to receive my money back.
