FindPlant Customer Insights

1. May have to delete and find another appJust downloaded this app due to all the great reviews, but when I go to my gallery to pick a plant photo to identify, it won't let me go into my picture folder and actually pick a photo.

2. Deleted within 5 minutesInstalled it and tried identifying plant with existing photo and kept getting error message, but no indication what I was doing wrong.

3. It doesn't say unidentified or needs more pictures or plant found.

4. It doesn't identify plants but says it's processing the image.

5. This app gets some plants right but when i take pictures of common fruits, they show up as completely different fruit species.

6. There was a way to type in what you want but what if you don't know the plant's name (the point of the app is to ID right?)? And that just led you to a wiki page.

7. I have to take the photo on my phone then look thru my photos in order for the app to work.

8. Any help for this problem?I downloaded this because it had the highest rating of plant id apps on the list.

9. If i try to make a second search, itll say "image processing complete" but then it turns to "image still processing.

10. I can't choose any photo from phone's gallery Please check it.

11. Wouldnt recommendAlthough I've been able to find out the identy of most of my plants.
