1. Hopefully it can be sorted, we look from feedback from the developer.Trying to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION so i wont be charged when trial ends, because app was a little difficult for my little one.

2. So I actually only got 1 week! I kept trying and kept sending emails and NOTHING! NOT ONE WORD!I was charged $79.99 right away even though I signed up for 30 day free trail.

3. if you are going to offer a free trail lets us use it and if still interested in the app after that ask for credit card info.

4. Tried my email on the sign up screen just to see if it would make it go away, but because I had already signed up it told me I couldn't sign up again and yet I could not back out of the "sign up" popup to be able to "sign in".

5. They were unapologetic.Frozen on enter your email to sign up screen.

6. NOT free at all, must pay a $20 month SUBSCRIPTION in order to play anything.

7. We got 2 weeks in the beginning of our one year subscription and even 1 week of that was a 7 day trial.

8. Couldn't get to any other screen, including any sign in option.

9. I know I enter my card info, but when i go into manage subscription it doesnt show up.

10. So this is the second time I'm writing this review (first one on another email of mine) and I've sent SEVERAL emails!!! I loved your app and curriculum.

11. Once you click on the 30 day free trial it brings you to add payment method for after the free trial is over.

1. Fix Kids Academy Talented & Gifted Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids Academy Talented & Gifted: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids Academy Talented & Gifted App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids Academy Talented & Gifted" » Open Kids Academy Talented & Gifted » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids Academy Talented & Gifted » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids Academy Talented & Gifted app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids Academy Talented & Gifted servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids Academy Talented & Gifted" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
