1. This will make the app even more user friendly.Videos solutions are good but App has just became disgusting after some updates, the app directs to some vimeo which is just annoying , the interface of vimeo gives worse experience , there is no speed option of the video, in full screen ,we can't just pause the video and can't go some seconds back in full screen mode, my experince in this vimeo is just worst .
2. i want this issue to be solved asapThe day from which this app is redirecting to Vimeo app, all video solutions are taking longer time to load.
3. It is going to be more than one and half month but no response is there from the Allen technical support team.Great efforts Allen in these difficult times when offline coaching is not a safe way you as always had a plan for your students.
4. But 2 points i need to highlight: 1)Though the current app is good but adding so more features like two way direct communication to the teacher can be a more efficient and time saving thing.
5. Addition of one on one conversation from both the sides (student as well as teacher) would make the overall process more elaborated, lucid and compatible.The major issue that I'm facing is not being able to take screenshots of the solutions.
6. I mean sometimes the video solutions are long so instead of writing the full solution or watching the whole video I prefer looking at the solution but I cannot do that.
7. It is extremely disappointing that from the past two months I am trying to contact the technical team because I am not able to ask the doubts since it is showing that no faculty has been assigned to your batch but they are not helping me.
8. 2)This is regarding Test My Prep app please check the answers becuase a few of them seems to be incorrect.All the things are good, the teacher explains the doubts very well.
9. It would be better to remove the link to vimeo and restore the previous version.I am allen student and have seen many new changes done in the app.
10. But teachers take so much time to answer the question, even 2-3 days that is not good.
11. With vimeo we can't change the playback speed now.
I can't login in e solution app
I am my old smartphone which is use previously for allen e solution and after switching to new device I facing login problem
It shows accounts is login with old device
Please solve my problem fast
