1. I'm going to keep using it!Love this app ! I've been using FBK for years and this app has only gotten better! You can track your reps and weights for each workout you can calculate your macros ( it does it for you actually ! ) and there's now a rest timer which is great.
2. The check-in screen is a great way to get comfortable with tracking your routine, the access to past challenges and the generator helps you mix things up and the app is easy to navigate.I absolutely love that it is so easy to use for someone who is newer to lifting.
3. You can log all your workouts and cardio directly into the app! Super user friendly, even for Android users! I would use this app even if I wasn't doing the fitness challenges.
4. The best part is if you don't want to spend $100 plus on the pervious challenges you can pay the monthly price and get EVERYTHING for like $20 it's a steal ! This app help keeps me motivated and keeps me doing challenges! Try it !The app concept amazing, very easy to follow.
5. I can purchase a program or use the workout generator! The check in feature allows me to track my progress right in the app! It also keeps track of what weights/reps Idid for each exercise so I dont have to remember.
6. They have some exciting updates coming out and check ins were included so I can't wait to see it! Also if you are thinking about doing a challenge, do it!! I wish I started sooner!The updated app is so easy to use with the check-in process.
