Why should I report an Issue with Skratch - Where I've been?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Zero Dawn Ltd to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

It's SO annoying that I can't click on a map city to pin it, I have to search it; I'm trying to pin Richmond VA but there's like 7 different U.S. Richmonds showing up and none of them specify the state so I have to keep guessing, checking the map, re-searching, check a different one, etc half a dozen times.

2. Also it would be cool if you could add an option "cities/places you've visited" to specify where I've been, since I haven't visited the whole country.

3. When adding memories it would be nice with a "hold to add more" function it gets tired really fast having to manually add every single photo especially of you have like 500 photos without location data.

4. However if you are looking to tick off specific places in one country I would recommend getting a more specific app for that country, as the database for regions/cities within each country are usually the most touristy areas and don't cover everywhere.Love the app.

5. Highly suggest downloading it.Best app for passionate travelers! They keep adding new useful features, cannot wait to see whats next ⭐️5It's cool.

6. What I would add: - Globe view - Add Where I've Lived to regions and cities - Region and city guides - Monuments/National Parks/World Wonders/etc.

7. (This last one I could see being like a $5 upgrade as most of these other apps do it.)Paid $7 to pin cities--ABSURDLY high charge for this simple feature--because I liked the app visually.

8. Sort that out and it will be a 5* app for sure!💪🏽I can't see the visited and want to go cities on the map tab since the update.

9. The entire app changed its direction and I lost all my memories and photos in different states.

10. The views of country, region, and city are probably the best reason I like it over the others.

11. Aesthetically it looks good thoughI find it very refreshing to see a OTP premium upgrade, that's also very reasonably priced.

1. Fix Skratch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skratch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skratch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skratch" » Open Skratch - Where I've been » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skratch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skratch - Where I've been app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skratch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skratch - Where I've been" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skratch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skratch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skratch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skratch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skratch not working

2. Fix Skratch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skratch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skratch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skratch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
