Why should I report an Issue with Countries Been: Visited Places?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. You can zoom in and see the cities and states not just the whole country which is good It has lists of things you highlight in different colours for what you want to do.

2. In terms of listing the amount of the world you've travelled it goes by number of countries visited (very simple) where TripAdvisor has a calculation based on distances traveled.The search function is good and it lets you suggest places not already included.

3. I like the idea that regions & states of certain countries become highlighted specifically if you want, but it removes highlight from the country itself.

4. I love the states option to mark off each state I've visited however it doesn't mark it as a country which is very annoying.

5. I would suggest making it so that if you activate states for a country, it still fills in the whole country with the same colour, but a little bit faded, and the states visited get the full colour.

6. For example, if you have been to 10/50 United States then you have seen 20% of the country.

7. Would be nice to see the names of countries when you hover or zoom in on them rather than actually having to select them.I've been looking for an app like this for a long time to keep track of all my travels.

8. The only feedback and improvement that I suggest is to automatically log a country on the list when you enable the states.

10. If you tap on a country you can press the info button and see more details and pictures and things I haven't explored all of it yet but I will give it 5 stars so far, good for a new traveller.Absolutely love this app.

11. Another one would be to give option for color and leaving the borders marked easier to identify.Mostly great as far as marking actual cities, some towns, and countries.

1. Fix Countries Been Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Countries Been: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Countries Been App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Countries Been" » Open Countries Been: Visited Places » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Countries Been » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Countries Been: Visited Places app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Countries Been servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Countries Been: Visited Places" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Countries Been app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Countries Been might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Countries Been. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Countries Been then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Countries Been not working

2. Fix Countries Been Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Countries Been be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Countries Been not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Countries Been may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
