1. I can't change it now it got stuck at the color and intensity I last set.Edit on 10th December 2022:- The Wi-Fi tubelight keeps blinking after a power failure and it never stops and not getting into pairing mode.

2. There's one thing I'm having an issue with and that is music sync doesn't work on both battens together, what's even more frustrating is that you've to keep the tab open in order to keep music sync functional.

3. Wake up guys.Honestly I wasn't expecting much from this bulb but so far everything works just perfect! It stays connected to WiFi at all times and I have tested out every single feature in the app.

4. The only disadvantage is that the app is a tad bit slow in opening up.We are using Wipro Smart Plug for the past 1 year in our apartment to remotely operate sump motor.

8. 3) many of the smart actions are removed e.g. we cannot now set the switch off time 40 mins from the switch on time.

9. With the new version we cannot 1) have widgets 2) see the times when a smart switch was turned off and on.

10. And the automation on music sync mode doesn't work.

1. Restart Wipro Next Smart Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wipro Next Smart Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wipro Next Smart Home" » Open Wipro Next Smart Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wipro Next Smart Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wipro Next Smart Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wipro Next Smart Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wipro Next Smart Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wipro Next Smart Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wipro Next Smart Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wipro Next Smart Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wipro Next Smart Home then reinstall.
