1. 1 star for now!I have never been able to catch any car even in District 2, I tried to schedule a trip to the airport 1 hour later, the driver accepted it but when I call him at the time.

2. SG market is different from other country peak hour u do low rate cannot make it .too lag n freeze the apps, cannot cancel the request trip and no driver around.

3. Why isnt it visible in the bottom part of the screen along with the taxi fare like before? Another huge problem is the inability to contact the driver after the app alleges that the driver hSo far it has been useless.

4. unlike Go-Jek and FastGo only use car so ,Tada have a bigger Fleet compare to both app .Go-JeK always no enough car to support i switch to use Tada , btw Grab cannot make it too expensive .

5. Never want to make another wrong call again.- Cannot cancel while the app is finding driver.

6. I booked with 500 Tip, I called the driver but he pick up without saying anything, after that he cancelled with the reason is I didn't response to his call.

7. Once again back to Grab to get to work.First time I booked Fastgo on April, air con was not available.

8. But when I started booking, all cars disappearedthat is none of car in it , at the end i go back use Tada so far Tada got car and taxi togther using Flat rate .

9. FastGo my advise as customers i suggest u merge with taxi then u might able to survive in the.market .

10. don't just post on Facebook.. not everyone have FacebookI tried this new riding app to look for a cheaper price but the problem was nobody want's to accept my booking.

1. Fix FastGo.mobi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FastGo.mobi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FastGo.mobi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FastGo.mobi" » Open FastGo.mobi - Ride-hailing App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FastGo.mobi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FastGo.mobi - Ride-hailing App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FastGo.mobi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FastGo.mobi - Ride-hailing App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FastGo.mobi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FastGo.mobi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FastGo.mobi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FastGo.mobi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FastGo.mobi not working
