Why should I report an Issue with Easy Subtitles?

And when you share the video, the subtitle is missing (I added a 12 seconds subtitle to a 2.5 min video, you can see it when you play but sharing via WhatsApp the subtitle missing)!!!while editing i can select the texts but cant see any copy, cut paste options..how to do these things? otherwise it is a hilarious task.also the editing window will go back after 1 minute so that typed data will lose.

2. So yeah, don't install, unless you are trying to modify subtitles (Edit: I am planning on reinstalling and trying again since the window shows they do provide this feature)Best Subtitle creator app I've used, especially considering the app size.

4. I am sorry I have to uninstall it and I am going back to my computer to add subtitles to a video I just downloadedI am a gig, never need a tutorial, yet this app is very hard to be understood and work with.

5. Has very less languages for choosing subtitles.I wanted to use it to set timngs for subtitles... Instead of some clever way of clicking add now and typing you have to click to some menu, then you click add time, then you jeed to fill time manually... Really??? User interface and productivity 0.

6. You can only create or modify subtitles without being able to look at a video while doing it.

7. 👍Language-font option thing was unnecessarily big, when you touch it by accident (because it happens when your thumb is there to write and that bar had to be there) it deletes all of your recent work (thanks for the warning).

8. Maybe usful for other thing like retiming already done subtitles...It's a bit uncomfortable to do subtitles here.

9. this application is very hard to use because you have to open the video on a separate window which is uncomfortable on an Android device.

1. Fix Easy Subtitles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Easy Subtitles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Easy Subtitles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Easy Subtitles" » Open Easy Subtitles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Easy Subtitles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Easy Subtitles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Easy Subtitles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Easy Subtitles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Easy Subtitles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Easy Subtitles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Easy Subtitles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Easy Subtitles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Easy Subtitles not working

2. Fix Easy Subtitles Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Easy Subtitles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Easy Subtitles not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Easy Subtitles may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
