Why should I report an Issue with FoxSub: Subtitle Editor?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. And I couldn't even find the exported file in my phone! What a waste of time!App is well designed but doesnt allow to choose fonts Edit: there is few fonts but not enough from my point of view.

This seems like it would be easy to create with but I found it not beginner friendly so I minused —1⭐ because I could not figure out what yo do with it,/ figure out how to remove ( all ) subtitles off of my imported video from the beginning of my video to the end of it.Would give it NO stars, thought the app would be easy.

3. It's easy to use, you can stop at any given point, change the length of the subtitle, delete, there isn't anything hard there, and the fonts provided are also really good.

4. My guess is this is nothing more than a scam! Do not download this junk, until they make it easier, or at LEAST able to find where the video went.

5. It definitely adjust and seperate captions, not that i disagree, just it doesnt do it automatically if there was a change, its just bit hard on tabletThis has a nice professional look to it, but the downside is it feels I also need to be a professional.

6. Once I finally finished all the transcripts and came to the bake stage, it took me hours to export the video with the original resolution.

7. The app is really something else and it's hard to find a good app like this for subtitles that you can use on your phone.

1. Fix FoxSub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FoxSub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FoxSub App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FoxSub" » Open FoxSub: Subtitle Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FoxSub » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FoxSub: Subtitle Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FoxSub servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FoxSub: Subtitle Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FoxSub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FoxSub might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FoxSub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FoxSub then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FoxSub not working

2. Fix FoxSub Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FoxSub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FoxSub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FoxSub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
