1. Also, a pop-up or something to explain the watermark removal if exported to kinemaster and the user is subscribed would be great.The good: super easy to use and pumps out pretty awesome looking short videos in seconds.

2. Currently, you're stuck with the predetermined length and stuck using music at the very beginning of the song.Perfect app exactly what i was searching for a long time.. Perfect music sync and transitions.

3. And another additional feature I would like to recommend, adding an option to adjust the extent of third party music which will be used.It's an all around good app to sync with beats.

4. I wish there was an option to adjust the length of the videos and also adjust when the music starts.

5. There's no settings screen, you can't fix the aspect ratio, you can't change the length of the video, you pretty much can't change anything or adjust anything from within the actual app itself, which is super annoying.

6. since videos (that you can choose instead of pictures) can be many minutes long, I wonder if this is a technical limitation.I'm not able to select anything including menu, it go straight to five diff swipe old project 2022 templates.

8. This program is also fantastic I just wish there were more options to customize the video, specifically the length of the video and the start point of the song you're trying to sync it to.

1. Fix BeatSync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BeatSync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BeatSync App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BeatSync" » Open BeatSync - Quick & Easy Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BeatSync » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BeatSync - Quick & Easy Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BeatSync servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BeatSync - Quick & Easy Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BeatSync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BeatSync might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BeatSync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BeatSync then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BeatSync not working

2. Fix BeatSync Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BeatSync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BeatSync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BeatSync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
