Wiggle Customer Insights

1. While the app appears at least to remember me as a user, which is sadly an improvement over the older iteration, the search now is considerably worse; for example, searching tyres I can't filter by wheel size but apparently gender is a necessary option.

2. For example, whilst you can filter to a broad category such as 'tyres' and select a brand you cannot filter further on useful features like 'tubeless conpatible' or size.

3. Real shame as I loved the super fast delivery and free returns but after twenty minutes trying to find items I gave up and ordered elsewhere in 30 seconds.

4. Please revert back to the previous app, or at least an update to something that works - correct filtering, intuitive user interface, actually allows purchases.

5. I can't say if it works or not but it looks a right mess.The update to the app and general revamp of the logo / marketing strategy is awful.

6. A real backwards step in my opinion.Poor filter features in the app give a poor user experience.

7. It's a bit bare bones, the new branding is bad and the launch photography seemed so awful as to be designed to provoke a reaction.

8. And why on earth would you REMOVE a function that allows you to add items to a wishlist???!!! Now I can't stockpile a big list of things that I want, and buy together.

9. Wiggle, what have you done with this new app update??!! I've been a lifetime member, loyal and an advocate, but no, this new app is shocking.

10. I am not going to sort through 50+ Continental tyres to find what I am looking for.Oh. Gosh.

11. So yeah it works, just seems to have lost something of itself in the transition.I've never left an app review before but my goodness I feel compelled to do so now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wiggle Issues

1. Fix Wiggle Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wiggle: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wiggle App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wiggle" » Open Wiggle – LET’S GO! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wiggle » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wiggle – LET’S GO! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wiggle servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wiggle – LET’S GO!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wiggle app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wiggle might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wiggle. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wiggle then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wiggle not working


2. Fix Wiggle Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wiggle be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wiggle not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wiggle may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
