Please hire more competent designerscrash many time when its open with a demand of the verification code every time .So far, good, still need a dark theme or UIIt's nice and reliable when it's WORKING!! It keeps getting stuck on loading screen, seriously it's been a while since this problem appeared, it never go past the loading screen, please update your application, this is so unprofessional and irresponsible.The app wants to force me to change my offer from 3jaja to do.
2. Whilst in the rest of the world time brings progress, it's the opposite here #EpicFail Fix your goddamn app!Awful experience!! The ads pop up on your screen that you can easily switch ur offer to another, and the worst that everytime you try to make a purchasement via credit card you get informed that its declied, due to what? For no reason...technical issues wherever you go, until you try to reach the customer support service but it works only with wifi/data.
3. I've just removed a star because, in some cases, moving between menus can take sometime (like 2 or 3 seconds longer than usual).DOES NOT WORK, everytime try to login "invalid ooredoo number" help desk hasn't helped and I'm stuck unable to access my account either through the app or through the website.
4. Kindly take this review into consediration and fix your bugs.Awful user experience: very long splash screen for no apparent reason...Why do you need network access? I should be able to open the app without internet.
5. UPDATE 18.05.2023: The app got even worse! I frequently cannot check my mobile data consummation (I buy lots of mobile data) and often I can't even login to use the app.
6. The app contains even more #ADS and #SPAM! I am tired of getting SPAM/SMS, which Oredoo sends me on a daily basis "WITHOUT my conscent".
7. And sometimes i find the app opens randomly in my phone trying to force me to change from 3jaja to do.
8. Almost 18 months have passed since my last update.
9. I don't understand why they try hard to push us into offers that we do not like.Version 6.0.0 is definitely better than the previous ones.
