After several hours of trying the app eventually opened, after signing in I tried to send my passport details, after taking the photograph I got a message saying processing then still processing this continued for over 30 mins, until eventually it opened but when I clicked on the send button I kept getting network error this continued 6 times until I just gave up if I could give this app a minus rating it would be minus 10The app is good has very nice user friendly interface and pretty good support the only problem I faced is that it constantly crashes atlist once a week and I have to redownload it "such a drag" but over all it's pretty good and I can recommend itDon't west your time bad app beyond reasoning I give it 1 star because am being nice.... 2. And it is just perfect for online transactions with the safe and easy options they have! (They fixed it, loading funds from Mobile Money platforms is working okay now.) I would recommend it, it's pretty good!!Its a great application.

I'd definitely recommend this app to friends and family and keep it up yall!!The app is okay, their verification process and their customer service is horrible to say the least, the lie they tell is verification will be done in like 12hrs or worst case scenario 24hrs, it took me over 3weeks to get the verification done.
4. A bit of restriction on the one use and the 30 day use cards but u can freeze your card to render it null till you reactivate it and that's a bonus! Many thanks to Bertha from their customer care for her understanding and helpful attitude.
5. It is pretty seamless with money transactions across platforms, loading funds and withdrawing them is quite instant, especially since they even provide a card.
