1. I did a recording using slider show technique and saved it in star maker.iam able to watch the photos I saved too.but when I downloaded thru downloader only song was downloaded and photos in slider show is missing.further on iam unable to share my audiosIts a very good app but for video download we have to make our video we cannot sing audio and expect to download the video with cover pictures which we set on starmaker.

But now it displays an error message showing the file format is not supported, after selecting the contact whom i want to send.. please help on thisWe can download the song and convert it to MP3 properly so that we can listen it offline too bt while sharing the downloaded MP3 song to other apps like whatsapp and messenger etc.

3. Thanks downloader.It was Very Good, but now since last few months not at all able to share the downloaded songs as file format not supporting to share.

4. Ads are there, a little annoying but okay, to watch but more features and fixing the issues with the links needs attention for a 5 star.Few days ago I was able to send the downloaded files on whatsapp hassle free.

5. Thanks with Best RegardsI changed my mobile to Galaxy M11 and after that though I was able to download song/video files from Star Maker and play it.

6. THANKS IN ADVANCEThe app is good to download Starmaker recordings but sometimes the Get Link, Fetch Link and even copy pasting of link don't work in the desired manner.

7. Kindly help me share files to other apps from Star maker downloader app.

8. Just click 3dots in StarMaker recorded song,copy the link and open the downloader.press the middle portion and copy it then the press fetch point.

9. But I am not able to share the files to Wattsup or Facebook, I was sharing them previously from my Galaxy J 7 Nxt mobile, though all the settings in my new M11 phone are set perfectly.

10. When files are shared I get a Error message, where as I am able to share the link.

1. Fix Downloader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Downloader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Downloader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Downloader" » Open Downloader for Star Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Downloader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Downloader for Star Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Downloader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Downloader for Star Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Downloader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Downloader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Downloader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Downloader then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Downloader not working

2. Fix Downloader Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Downloader be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Downloader not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Downloader may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
