Why should I report an Issue with Audiomack: Music Downloader?

1. It's so tiring and annoying, it doesnt work good any more like it needs to be updated but I doesn't need to yk? Also so many ads!I absolutely love this app! But there are some problems, for example I go onto my Playlist and play a song but instead of moving onto the next song it plays the same song with the title of another song, I update the app everytime it needs to update, I'm not sure if it's a bug or not but please audiomack I love this app but please fix this!.

2. 🤏Hey Audiomack, great service, many complaints, first, I get ads every 3-4 songs which I don't mind, but I do mind when I play a specific song, and it immediately plays an ad, which I can't skip, and if I were to close my app, the ad wil continue playing, and a few times ads even kept playing after that ad.

3. When I download music I want to hear offline so I can listen to it everywhere I go it's good, but when I go to my downloads to listen to my whole playlist so I can study better during class and I turn of my phone it plays some songs, then it stops in the middle of playing one of my downloads.

Some serious issues with the audio quality on a few random uploads not from the artist themselves, of course, the issue is that the majority of what I search for isn't in the listing and the ones that I find that are uploaded by the artist instead of a random person can't be downloaded for offline listening,w which is the only reason why I use a free MUSIC DOWNLOADING APP!! If I am sitting somewhere with WiFi or phone service then I can just stream it.

5. My biggest issue is the first one though- I don't want to have to go into the app every single time a song ends.It's one of the best if not the best "Free" music app that allows you to play music in the background, with some ads obviously.

6. The app hardly works half of the time and the longer you listen to songs the more likely the app is going to crash and stop working at all.Literally the music keeps glitching and stopping.

7. Ill skip a song and three ads pop up, listen to 4 songs and three ads pop up, sometimes after every two songs: 1 ad comes up.

8. It'll just skip a song because it won't work or play and it keeps freezing.

9. Also, if I type a few of the lyrics, it doesn't have a clue or if I'm typing a song name and I mess up it doesn't show it.

10. The only problem is if you don't pay for the premium subscription then an ad will pop up every second basically as you are trying to find a song.

11. You have to type in the EXACT song with no typing errors for the song to be searched.

1. Fix Audiomack Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Audiomack: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Audiomack App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Audiomack" » Open Audiomack: Music Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Audiomack » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Audiomack: Music Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Audiomack servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Audiomack: Music Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Audiomack app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Audiomack might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Audiomack. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Audiomack then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Audiomack not working

2. Fix Audiomack Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Audiomack be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Audiomack not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Audiomack may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
