1. Despite multiple attempts of reinstalling the app, restarting and clearing cache, the app is unable to load any maps or location information, keeps crashing.

2. I used to like this app more than Google Map but now, with so many ads and the removal of bus information, I no longer find the app useful.Excessive adverts, takes 5-10s after app loads to get to first usable screen.App is 100% useless rubbish.

3. To have this slow loading and ad display occur repeatedly even when we leave the screen just for a few seconds, is extremely annoying and not user friendly.

5. Can i know if i can go back to the old version and how to do it? I really dislike the new version☹️ There is no need to see what bus timing because my concern using street directory to find my way and the surroundings.

7. The only thing is, its the same as 10years ago, as in, there is no location update, the map does not rotate.

10. I have upload the updated ones yesterday but to my suprise it is not good at all because when i make the map smaller to see more view of the surrounding buildings i can't see any.

1. Fix Singapore Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Singapore Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Singapore Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Singapore Map" » Open Singapore Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Singapore Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Singapore Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Singapore Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Singapore Map" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Singapore Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Singapore Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Singapore Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Singapore Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Singapore Map not working

2. Fix Singapore Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Singapore Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Singapore Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
