Why should I report an Issue with Memory Ladder - Numbers Traine?

1. There are certain number sequences (mostly phone numbers) that I have trouble memorising so I'd love if you could have your own sequences.I have been practicing for 44 digits but I couldn't type from 41-44 digits.

2. 3) The option to voluntarily donate to the creator of the app.This seems like a great app, but I'm looking for an app where you can set your own number sequence.

3. the keyboard show numbers in two row from 0to4 and 5to9 such a difficult way to type numbers.

4. It is showing only 20 blanks (i.e we can enter only 40 digits) please fix the issue then I would give 5 rating.why there's a difficult typing keyboard.

5. or device native keyboard!? beside that Its excellent app.The number key pad and input space is not UI friendly.

7. No premium version! All free! I would suggest the things 1) adding the option to rearrange on the home screen.

8. You get better when pushing the envelope by shrinking the time allowed to memorize the numbers.

9. 2) the option of trying to write the numbers out backwards after you have written them forwards.

10. I'm happy with this app as is but if it could compare the averages of correct answers and or time used from one period to the next it would be perfect.

1. Fix Memory Ladder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Memory Ladder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Memory Ladder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Memory Ladder" » Open Memory Ladder - Numbers Traine » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Memory Ladder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Memory Ladder - Numbers Traine app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Memory Ladder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Memory Ladder - Numbers Traine" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Memory Ladder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Memory Ladder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Memory Ladder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Memory Ladder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Memory Ladder not working

2. Fix Memory Ladder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Memory Ladder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Memory Ladder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Memory Ladder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
